Midland Optical's state-of-the-art lens fabrication laboratory is currently staffed by more than 20 employees in our Surfacing department; more that 35 employees in our Finishing department; and 3 employees in our Anti Reflective (A/R) Coating department.

From our Loh VPRO generators, to our WECO 880 robotic edgers and CNC Optidrill for rimless drill mountings, and finally to our Satis 360 A/R coating machine, we feel that we have the best equipment available in the industry to process a high quality lens in a timely manner. Some of our equipment includes:

• Satis 360 AR Coating Machine

In addition, we have a large group of highly experienced optician craftsmen who are committed to delivering the best products available from a full service laboratory. We produce over 1,700 pair of prescription lenses each day with an average turnaround time of 1.3 days.
